Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of FiveM LoadingScreen ("the service"), a tool for building and hosting loading screens for FiveM servers. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with Discord and you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is free and stays free. Pro and Premium are monthly subscriptions, charged through Stripe in euros.

• Monthly plans renew automatically. The same amount is charged every month until you cancel, and each payment extends your plan by one month.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a while. If it still does not go through, the account moves to the Free plan.
• Moving to Free does not delete anything. Your screens stay, but paid features stop applying — the watermark returns, and screens over the Free limit stop being served until you are back under it or upgrade again.
• Lifetime is a single payment, not a subscription. It does not renew and is not charged again.

Prices shown on the pricing page are what you pay. If we change prices, existing subscribers keep their current price until they cancel.

Refunds

If the service does not work as described, contact us and we will make it right or refund you. EU consumers keep their statutory withdrawal rights; note that by using a digital service immediately after purchase, that right may end early where the law allows.

What you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the loading screens you build. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and serve them — that is what hosting means.

You must not upload content that:

• you do not have the rights to use, including music, video and artwork;
• is illegal, hateful, sexual, or targets or harasses a person;
• impersonates Rockstar Games, Cfx.re or anyone else, or presents your server as official;
• contains malware, or tries to attack or overload our systems or anyone else's.

We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Serious or repeated breaches mean losing the account without a refund.

Reselling

The Lifetime plan includes the right to sell loading screens you build for other people. That covers the screens you create — it does not include reselling access to the service itself, sharing your account, or reselling our templates as standalone files.

Availability

We work to keep the service and every hosted loading screen up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages at our providers and problems outside our control can happen. The service is provided as-is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the issue.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. Deleting it removes your screens, which means they stop loading on your server — tell your players first. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Not affiliated

This is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. FiveM and all other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and note it in the changelog.
