This page explains what FiveM LoadingScreen collects when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, ask us in Discord or by email — the address is in the footer.

What we collect

Your account

Signing in happens through Discord. We receive and store your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar and email address. We never see your Discord password, and we do not read your messages.

What you build

The loading screens you create, their settings, and any files you upload (images, video, audio) are stored so we can host and serve them. A published loading screen is public by design — anyone with the link, and every player joining your server, can see it.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. We keep a record of each order: the plan, the amount, the date, and Stripe's reference numbers so we can show you an invoice and support you if something goes wrong.

Activity and technical data

We log account activity such as sign-ins, screen changes and code redemptions, so we can investigate problems and abuse. Our servers keep standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period.

Cookies

Two kinds of cookies are used, and only the first kind is set automatically:

• Necessary — your sign-in session and your saved preferences (such as the theme and your cookie choice). Without these the site cannot keep you logged in. These are not used for advertising.
• Analytics & advertising — Google Analytics and Google Ads, used to understand which pages actually help server owners get a loading screen live, and to measure whether our advertising is worth running. These are set only after you accept them. Decline, and nothing is stored — the site works exactly the same.

We use Google Consent Mode, so before you make a choice no analytics or advertising cookie is written at all. You can change your mind at any time:

Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is handled by the services we need to run the product: Discord (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics and advertising, with your consent), and our hosting provider.

How long we keep it

Account data and your loading screens are kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings. Delete your account and we remove your account data and your screens; published screens stop working at that point, so tell your players first.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the button above. Email us and we will handle it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Age

You need a Discord account to use this site, so Discord's minimum age applies. The service is not aimed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and note it in the changelog.
