Branding a FiveM community Discord: every image size
Use a 512×512 or larger square for the server icon, 960×540 (16:9) for the server banner, 1920×1080 for the invite background, up to 128×128 for emoji and 1024×1024 for Rich Presence art. Keep all of them in the same colours and logo as your in-game branding.
For most FiveM communities the Discord is where a player decides whether you are worth installing a mod client for — before they ever see your loading screen. Discord publishes some of its image sizes and leaves others to the upload dialog, so this guide collects them all and explains how to make the whole server look like one brand.

The server icon
Discord shows the server icon in the server list, invites and mentions — sometimes as a circle, sometimes as a rounded square. Upload a large square (1024×1024 is a good master) and keep the mark inside a centred circle about 80% of the width, so nothing is clipped in either shape.
Use the same symbol as your 96×96 FiveM server icon. Seeing the same mark in Discord and in the server browser is what tells a player they are in the right place.
Emoji, stickers and role icons
- Emoji display tiny, so design each at 128×128 with a thick outline. Server-specific emoji (your logo, your police badge, your currency symbol) make the community feel like a place.
- Stickers are 320×320 and larger in chat; good for reaction images from your own screenshots.
- Role icons appear next to names; a small badge for staff, police, EMS and gangs helps players read the room.
Rich Presence art
The “Playing on …” card on a player’s profile is free advertising to all their friends. Its images are uploaded to a Discord application in the developer portal, and Discord strongly recommends 1024×1024. Making Discord and the game one brand
- 1Pick one accent colour and use it for the Discord role colours, the loading screen and the HUD.
- 2Use the same logo mark on the Discord icon, FiveM icon and loading screen.
- 3Reuse your loading screen background as the invite background (resized to 1920×1080).
- 4Match channel naming to in-game terms (#city-hall, #lspd) so the Discord feels like part of the city.
